GOAL

Goal

We are targeting a raise of $100 million and a 5% distribution rate.

Our Objectives

Leader Mortgage Opportunities is a private fund with the objective of producing a consistent total return and yield through its investment in agency mortgage bonds.

Low interest rates are making it increasingly harder to generate consistent income and yield through traditional fixed income offerings. We want to bridge that gap with this product. We intend to use our expertise in the mortgage bond market to find securities that meet this objective.
